Our Stylists are independent and operate their own successful businesses within Tangled Up. Each stylist has the creative freedom to excel in their own specialties and passions, and be completely who they are meant to be as a hair stylist. Our goal at Tangled Up is to build a team who can continue to learn and grow together, empower each other, and become the best versions of themselves behind the chair.

Meet Our Founder: Teress Wallace
Ever since I was young I dreamed of being a stylist – I would do all of my friends' hair for special events and proms. And when I was 15, I became a receptionist at a salon, which inspired me to go to cosmetology school with the hope to one day open my own salon. In 2007, at age 17, I started school and have been licensed since April of 2009.
Jump to April 2016 and I had officially opened Tangled Up Salon.
My goal at Tangled Up is to give independent stylists the ideal space to do what they love uninterrupted. Stylists have access to the salon 7 days a week, and have the freedom to focus on whatever services they most enjoy and excel in.
Since beginning Tangled Up Salon, I have realized how important it is to build a team that supports each other's growth. I am extremely proud of the teams we have built so far, and am incredibly grateful for all of the talent I have been able to work alongside of.
Our stylists make Tangled Up what it is, and I truly hope you all enjoy your experience with us! I absolutely love what I do, and look for that same passion in everybody working at the salon. As a stylist I am most passionate about dimensional color, blonding and Tape-in extensions.
